Planks: I find that when I’m getting in my 1:00 minute sessions I go to a place in my head where I can focus on me – breath, set goals and be grateful – decompress while I sweat. Some days it’s easy and I love them and others not so much. Kinda like my world when it gets crazy with two busy teens, the hubs, our wild & crazy pup Z and for me an “athlete” always in training .. for a happy life.
