Most of the time I workout and run solo. I find running time is “me time” … However, I like to get my sweat on with a friend too!  

Today it was friend time. We ran 2 miles to a park – did a WOD (Workout of the Day) and chatted during our walking cool down back to our cars. In between, there was mom talk, fitness talk, food talk, self-esteem talk and lots of laughing! 
WOD: 5 sets – 10 push-ups 20 sit-ups 30 squats & 4 miles
